The Hareeca "Survivor Diamond" is accompanied by a Lifetime Warranty, covering the manufacturing integrity and permanent quality of the diamond for the life of the piece. This reflects our unwavering confidence in the lasting value of your investment.
To preserve the absolute integrity and investment value of these rare editions for all collectors, all acquisitions are final.
CONFIDENT RETURNS
Every Hareeca creation is accompanied by a 7-day complimentary return window, allowing you to assess its craftsmanship with confidence. Should the piece not meet your expectations, it may be returned within this period in its original, unworn condition—preserving the integrity of its serial number and vault archive.
The Perpetual Diamond Commitment: While the acquisition of a masterpiece is final, the House’s devotion to your investment is eternal. Regardless of the non-reversible nature of the sale, every commission remains eligible in perpetuity for the Hareeca Survivor Diamond Lifetime Warranty. The House remains the lifelong guardian of your diamond’s brilliance and structural integrity, ensuring your legacy remains untarnished.
The Production Commitment: Upon the successful placement of an order, your specific edition is immediately reserved within the global allocation of 756. The bespoke crafting process begins without delay, committing both our master artisans and rare materials to your commission. Consequently, this absolute policy of non-reversibility extends to the following:
- Aesthetic Preference: Variations in personal taste or stylistic changes.
- Acquisition Error: Accidental orders or duplicate commissions.
- The Art of Patience: Minor adjustments to the delivery window due to artisanal demands.
- Collector’s Remorse: Reconsideration of the investment post-commission.
Exceptions & Quality Assurance
While we do not provide standard returns, your satisfaction is paramount. If a masterpiece arrives with a manufacturing defect or in a compromised state, the House remains at your service:
- Notification Window: Contact our Concierge at concierge@hareeca.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Condition: The item must remain in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
- Packaging: All original Hareeca packaging and certificates of authenticity must be included for verification.
The Stewardship & Mount Warranty
As a tribute to the rarity of this inaugural edition, we are pleased to introduce the Hareeca Handbag Jewel Mount Service Warranty. This exclusive privilege is reserved strictly for our 756 eligible collectors.
- Service Activation: This bespoke program officially activates after our final sale-out on March 20, 2026.
- The Offering: Eligible collectors may request a replacement Hareeca Handbag Jewel Mount (mounting only) for a service fee of $500.
- A "No-Return" Guarantee: To eliminate international shipping complexities and tax burdens, collectors are not required to return their original mount to The House.
- Material Integrity: Each replacement mount will be meticulously crafted in the identical precious metal as your original selection.
- Installation: Upon receiving your new mount, you may engage your trusted local master jeweler to safely transfer your Survivor Diamond to the new setting.
- The Win-Win Advantage: This approach eliminates transit risks and logistical friction, ensuring your investment remains protected globally.
